This catalog presents the results of a study on the changes in plasma concentration after a single oral administration of a water-dispersible powder of reduced coenzyme Q10 (40% water-dispersible) in humans under fasting conditions. For this study, we used hard capsules provided by our company and soft capsules of reduced coenzyme Q10 processed food as a control. We divided subjects confirmed to have not ingested CoQ10 for two weeks into two groups of five, one receiving the test food and the other serving as the control group. The results of the fasting single oral administration of the two types of reduced coenzyme Q10 formulations showed a significant difference, with the water-dispersible powder demonstrating better results. The reduced coenzyme Q10, which can take on various forms, is expected to have new developments as supplements and beverages in the future.
